We’ve enjoyed a very busy production season here at Golden Treasure; thanks to everyone who came to visit, and tour the property, at Maple Syrup Weekend.
We love syrup season, but there’s something to be said for the majesty of maple leaves in the fall! We’re looking forward to the change of seasons this year.

These barrels need to be filled! We had an earlier run of sap in February and are now waiting patiently for warmer temperatures. Conditions look good for next week!
2018 Maple Weekend: Open House

Lisa’s getting excited about the arrival of her bee colony! They’re going to be delivered at the end of May. We’ll keep you posted on our progress with our new beekeeping venture.

What is Maple Weekend?
The Ontario Maple Syrup Producers’ Association will be hosting the third Annual Maple Weekend on April 1 – 2, 2017 from 10 AM to 4 PM. Participants in Maple Weekend can be found across the province in a number of maple syrup producing areas.
Maple weekend gives you a first-hand opportunity to see how maple products are produced, from tree to table, along with the chance to taste and purchase quality maple products.

We are located approximately 12 km west of Trout Creek on Hwy 522. (Just past Granite Hill Road).
From Hwy 522, turn right onto Lingenfelter’s Road and we are at 250. If you hit Alsace Road, you have gone too far.
