Ingredients

  • ¾ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ¼ cup maple sap (optional)
  • 1 – 1.5 cups frozen blueberries
  • ½ frozen banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp pure Ontario maple syrup

Instructions

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Delish!
