Ingredients
- 450 grams Brussel sprouts
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- .5 tbsp Sea salt or to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 370 F
- Cut ends off of Brussel sprouts and cut into halves or quarters, depending on size.
- Place cut Brussel sprouts into a large bowl.
- Whisk all remaining ingredients and then toss with sprouts.
- Spread onto parchment lined, rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes and then stir sprouts well. Bake for remaining 15 – 20 minutes.
