Ingredients
- 500 gram salmon fillet, boneless
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Arrange salmon fillet on parchment covered baking dish
- Whisk all ingredients together and pour over salmon fillet
- Bake until salmon is flaky – check at 15 minutes
- Serve with a simple green salad or steamed vegetables
