Maple Syrup and Mustard Salmon

Ingredients

  • 500 gram salmon fillet, boneless
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. Arrange salmon fillet on parchment covered baking dish
  3. Whisk all ingredients together and pour over salmon fillet
  4. Bake until salmon is flaky – check at 15 minutes
  5. Serve with a simple green salad or steamed vegetables
